THE APARTEMNTS ARE NOT THAT OLD BUT IT SEEM LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 10 YEARS. THE MANAGER AND STAFF IS NASTY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT FIXING THINGS IT WILL TAKE THEM SOMETHINGS A WEEK TO FIX ANYTHING IN YOUR APARTMENT. IF YOU LIKE A LOT OF KIDS THEN THIS COMPLEX IS FOR YOU. THE KIDS BE OUT ALL TIMES OF NIGHT. IT SEEM LIKE A PARTY IS GOING ON ALL DAY AND NIGHT IN THESE COMPLEX.. I HAVE ONLY LIVE THERE FOR 7 MONTHS AND I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL IT IS OVER. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!!!

The apartments HAVE been there for over 10 years they have just changed names a couple times I lived there from 91 till 97 It was named Breckenridg Crest back then, but it doesn't sound like things have changed at all.
