This is apparently a former employee, or one of his "friends", who is upset that he recently got fired.

I don't live there but I know a few of the residents who do. The recent unfortunate shooting wasn't a random act...it was an upset ex-husband who had it out for his former wife. Crime happens everywhere and is just not isolate to this community. And his "facts" are wrong, this was the only shooting at this property, check the police records.
