I personally believe that this place is a waste of quality land. I was a former resident here and I hated it. The manager is a prejudice peace of white trash named Heather Chambers. Her kids run around Magnolia Pointe like a bunch of "Trailor Park Trash". In the summer, they walk around in winter clothes. In the winter the walk around with summer clothes and no shoes.
She gives you all these violations for a bunch of crap. Depending on her status with you {Friend-Foe}. She gave me a violation about my dog using the restroom on the back fields when there is no vehical or pedestrian flow. But she has 2 big hound dogs over 110 lbs. Which she doesn't clean up after.
She lied to the Gwinnett County Police Department having them think that there were a lot of domestical problems happening in the neighborhood. As she told me herself. Then she wants to get mad if you don't be a big snitch to let her know about whats happening. From my survey, two other residents have been offered that same position. But the only resident's that agree to doing it "the Candy Lady". Witch what I call a evil snitch -----.
