I have just recently moved into Magnolia Point (3months) and I regret it everyday. I live in the rear of the complex and it is like a small ghetto within itself. People hang out at all times of the night, my neighbors above me and below make noise at un-Godly hours, residents leave beer bottles in the stairwells, they smoke weed and cigaretts openly in the stairways, little barefoot unkept children are constantly running around and they don't get out of the street when you are trying to drive. The managment has the nerve to hassle good residents about "late fees" yet keep up an unsafe living enviorment for said residents. In the first month of living there the police where im my complex three times that I saw. I cannot wait to get out of there seeing as how I am paying the full price for a two bedroom and could be living somewhere else nicer and safer for less. These apartments definently cater to a lower income/ section 8 base of people and if you dont fit the criteria I would strongly urge you NOT to live here.
