I am a current resident and as I drive by the leasing office looking at all the new applicants/residents I feel so sorry for them I want to yell out "Don't do it, reconsider!" This apartment complex is full of crime between the maintenance staff entering your apartment unauthorized and going through your things, and your neighbors, yes folks your neighbors breaking in your apartment, you and your belongings are not safe. The police are out here 3 times a day every day, their are drug dealers roaming the parking lot, and the children out here are down right disrepectful. The young girls out here have extremely foul mouths, and will curse you out and adult, if you try to address it with them! I am breaking my lease and getting out of here, mine and a good friend of mine apartments have both been broken in to, I have been cursed out by the children living her, and the management is less than efficient. DON't move in here believe the reviews. I researched just as you are a year ago, and read the same types of remarks but do to my situation I chose to move in. But have sinced been robbed of the very things I am trying to hold on to, and leasing isn't doing crap about. Find somewhere else safer!

Its the truth. I broke my lease as well and left when I came home and found that my lock was hanging off my door and it took mgmt over a week to fix the lock. Also I came home one day and found maintenance leaving out of my apartment when there was no reason for them to be there. Please reconsider and DO NOT move here!!!
