I have been here since May 1st however been lookign at the property since March. I really love it the community. It small and well managed. The girls in the front office are amazing!!! From wearing 8" stilleto heels walking and putting up marketing signs to wearing flats to inspect the community.....they get the work done.

IM THINKING OF MOVIN THERE OR ACROSS THE STREET. THE PRICE IS SO MUCH BETTER ACROSS THE STREET BUT I WANT A BIGGER SQ FT. WE DONT HAVE GOOD CREDIT AND HAVE AN APARTMENT ON OUR CREDIT FROM WHEN WE FIRST STARTED OUT BUT THEY HAVE A SPECIAL FOR $99.00. THE THING IS IF WE ARE NOT APPROVED WE LOOSE THE $. ANY THOUGHTS? I WISH THEY WOULD OFFER US A DEAL SO WE DON'T LOSE IT IF WE ARE NOT APPROVED. THEY SAID WE WILL MOST LIKLY BUT WITH TWO KIDS I CANT AFFORD TO POSSIBLY FLUSH 100 BUCKS AWAY. THANKS FOR ANY THOUGHTS...
