I have lived here for almost a year. The only reason I am still here is because I am STUCK in a lease. The staff is so rude. They don't care if you walk through the front door and stare at them for 15 minutes. They ingnore you, they are too busy eating lunch, talking on the phone, talking to eachother. The apartments are fairly nice. The kitchens look great when you first glance at them, but seem to be really cheap materials. There have been a ton of people that get kicked out. It seems like anyone that walks through their door is accepted to move in. It's like the ghetto. Trash all over the property. When people are kicked out their stuff is put on the side of the road and it NEVER gets cleaned up. Trashy. I can't wait to leave. I have read the other reviews for this apartment and they are all full of ----. Don't make the mistake I made. BEWARE OF PACES COMMONS!!! BE VERY AWARE!! I WARNED YOU.
