I went to look at apartments at Paces Common.

Their 3 bdrm/2 bath was listed as 1400 sq ft.

I think a lot of that was on the patio and in the bathrooms.

The kitchen is small and cramped, the living room and dining room are practically non-existent.

Definitely not worth the money.
