First let me say that when I use the word slack I must specify "office staff" [maintenance has some really good people].
They are unbelievably unprofessional [for such a nice property] on all counts.
If someone would clean house [office manager # 1 problem] and bring in a qualified replacement team this could be a very nice place to live.
All that is needed here is attention to detail [a/do not let residents violate terms of lease b/proactively correspond with residents [current or potential].
It's a business and it needs to be organized and run by someone!
