I have been living at Paces Commons for one month now, and I must say that "I like it here." My building and apartment is in a great location. My neighbors are quiet and friendly. I even get along with their pets.
The only complaint that I might have is there is no elevator. Living on the top has it's advantages (I don't hear my neighbors), but trying to carry items up four flights of stairs can be a bit much.
The staff is super nice. When I first moved in there was a minor mix up regarding my apartment, but the whole staff went over and beyond the call of duty to rectify the situation. And I appreciated everything that was done for me.
All in all. I Like living at Paces Commons.
