Office Manager does not keep promises

The office staff including the manager of the property, Kathryn, does not care about current residents or fulfilling promises made to those residents.
Recently, as a tenant, we were going to re-sign a lease and requested the proper paperwork.
They would tell us that they would have it in our door by the end of that business day for 4 business days in a row.
Each day when we arrived home, the papers were not there.
When the manager was contacted for the THIRD time about the lease agreement, she did not have the courtesy to even return the phone call.
The lease was in the door that day without an apology or an explanation as to why it took so long to receive the lease agreement.

If that is your only complaint then I'm glad that I will be moving in there next month. I was helped by Kathryn and her customer service was the deciding factor on leasing with Paces Commons.
