WHEN YOU ASK A REQUEST OF THE OFFICE STAFF THEY ALWAYS SAY YES BUT NEVER DO IT. WHEN YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT NOISY NEIGHBORS NOTHING IS DONE. WHEN YOU ASK TO GET THINGS FIXED THEY ALWAYS FORGET BUT WILL GET RIGHT TO IT. I THINK THE APARTMENT COULD USE A STAFF OVERALL. SOME TRASHY PEOPLE CAN NEVER BE PROFESSIONAL. THAT IS SOMETHING THAT IS INSTILLED IN A PERSON NOT PRETEND WITH FAKE WEAVED AND EXTRA LARGE APPEARANCES.

I went in for a walk-thru today and the staff are very friendly and professional! Angela was our leasing specialist and she did a fabulous job of explaining everything and was more than happy to assist us. I am definitely looking forward to moving in over the summer.
