I moved in Spring of 2006. For the most part I have had a great experience - office staff & maintenance staff are courteous and efficient, grounds and are generally kept clean and are regularly landscaped, trash bin is kept clean and emptied regularly, and the gate works 99% of the time. The largest downsides so far involve parking and people not picking up their dog's poop. However, I have noticed lately a general decline in the quality of the tenants. Multiple families living under one roof, tenants throwing food in the back yard, and using balconies as storage areas. Management has been made aware of these issues and promises to resolve them. There has also been an increased presence by the Duluth Police Dept which has me somewhat concerned. Overall I would recommend this place, but just make sure to take a close look at the property and the tenants you see walking around.
