I have lived at Paces Commons for five years and have found it to offer everything I need. The staff has been very friendly, professional and helpful when I have had need of them. Also they have experienced very little turnover unlike other places I have rented. This helps with building a good working relationship.
I would highly recommend Paces Commons for individuals and for families.

i agree, PACES COMMONS is the best place to live in Duluth,GA. Office staff is really helpful. We relocated to another city and we miss being at Paces Commons. If I ever come back to Duluth (hopefully), we are sure to stay at Paces Commons. Beautiful Community and Friendly Staff.
