This is an income - based apt! Be sure to make sure you are within the guidelines before you fill out the 10 page application! I was not, and then they asked me to get my employer to LIE about my income!!! It was pretty shady. The limits are outrageous. For a 2 bedroom, you cannot make any more than $28,000 a year (gross).
Unfortunately, I got a GOOD job, and that is why I am moving. BEWARE (call A&A Apartment locators - Mike Miller is GREAT!)
