Do not move here unless you want to live with roaches!! I moved here with my employer from Ca..I didnt know the area so I wanted to live close by my job. Unfortunately, I chose Palisades..I moved within a 2 week time frame. These are Section 8 low housing apartments & they neglect to tell you this when you come & view the apartments. 2 people were killed the 1st couple of weeks of me being there..I asked to get out of my lease & was told no..after you sign the lease even if you want to move the next day you have to pay $2500 worth of fees to terminate the agreement. Take my advice & stay clear away of the Palisades unless you want to live in the GHETTO!
