i would not tell my worst enemy to move here. they will try to rip you off. they lose your rent paymemts so hold on to your check stubs because they switch to many hands in the office, can not keep employees. also they take for ever to come and fix something that goes wrong in your apts and when they do come (a week later) they do a half ass job doing it and its broke a week later . it is not safe. noisy and trashy. if you want to live in hell you should move to palisades club apt. i am not an angry tennant i just dont want any one else to go through what we went through!!!

i can only say i agree with you. they will try to get more rent out of you any way they can. make sure you keep a copy of everything that yougive them and that they give you. please make sure that you get EVERYTHING in writing and have the manger or another employee sign it and they giet a copy and you get a copy. trust me you will need to cover your back. also keep a close eye on your water bills. every month for 10 months my water bill was only $20.00 and that was a two bedroom two bath and washer and drier in the unit and when i put n my 60 days notice. all the sudden my water bill was no longer $20.00 it was now $80.00 and when i took all the prier bills and my new one they was like you must of used it or it wouldnt be that high. but let me tell you this do you think they got there money? hell to the no. they tried to get over on me because i was leaving and they saw i was unhappy but it didnt work. so please dont move here.
