STAY AWAY!!!!! DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!! I'VE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS AND I CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT! WHEN ME AND MY HUSBAND WENT APARTMENT SEARCHING WE VISITED PALISADES AND WE REALLY LIKED IT! WE SAW THE SHOW APARTMENT AND IT WAS VERY WELL KEPT, SO WE DECIDED TO MOVE IN. THE OFFICE PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY AND ALMOST LOOKED HAPPY TO HAVE US THERE. WELL AS SOON AS WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT EVERYTHING CHANGED. OUR APT. WAS VERY DIRTY WHEN WE GOT IT, THE BATH TUBS WERE CLOGGED AS WELL AS THE SINKS. BUT WE HAVE A BIGGER PROBLEM, BUGS. THERE ARE SO MANY KINDS THAT I DONT EVEN KNOW THE NAMES TO THEM, BUT IT IS MAINLY ROACHES. WE CALLED THE OFFICE FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS UNTIL WE GOT THE PROBLEM "FIXED" BUT BELIEVE ME THE BUGS ARE FAR FROM GONE. ANOTHER PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT I NEEDED A COPY OF THE LEASE WERE OUR NAMES (ME AND MY HUSBANDS)APPEARED...CAN BELIEVE THAT MY NAME WAS NOT ON THE LEASE''' I PAYED THE FEE FOR THE APPLICATION AND THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE THAT I EVER APPLIED...SO THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!
THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE OUTSIDE AT ALL TIMES, IT IS VERY LOUD, VERY DIRTY, THE "GATED" COMMUNITY U PAY FOR DOES NOT EXSIST! THE PEOPLE ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL, AND SAFETY IS A MAJOR ISSUE. MOST OF THE PEOPLE OUTSIDE ARE TEENAGERS. IM A YOUNG PERSON, IM 20 YEARS OLD AND I WOULD NEVER DO THE THINGS THESE PEOPLE DO.
MY LEASE IS OVER IN ABOUT 4 MONTHS AND I CANT WAIT TO LEAVE THIS ROACH INFESTED PLACE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT....BELIEVE ME, ITS THE WORST DECISION U CAN EVER MAKE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY

Sorry this has happend to you. I just moved in about 3 months ago and i got my car vandelised! I wanna move out now! I have a2 yr old and i feel really unsafe living here. I'm trying to get the office to pay for my damages on my car. the gate has not been working in a months and all kinds of people come in and destroy property.
