So first off I have read the post and think some people are so immature. I have lived in PC for oer a year. I have NEVER had any issues here. I think that people who have issues and have done things wrong and are asked to leave need to grow up. As far as a posting stating the management is rasist toward ------- american peopl that is crazy considering 99.9 % of the staff is blacki. And hey I white and they sure as hell arnt rasict to me. The staff at PC is amazing. They bent over backwards to help me and had me in the complex with in 3 days It really pisses me off to see tht people are willing to screw with others lively hoods and affect there families by making comments and accusations because obviously they are not very good peopl. Bottom line for this powst is. I HIGHLY reccommenc this complex. The grounds are extremely nice. The apartment is excellent. I have never had a noise issue. I also have never seen a maintence staff that takes care of request so fast. I read coments about ppl knocking them down and that is completely abserd. The maintainece staff works very fast and does an excellent job.The staff is great so i definately would reccomend living here. And for the people who are bitter to this place GROW UP and realize the prolblems that were here were probably caused by you and your kids which is why you no longer live here. So GROW UP and go TERRORIZE other complexes.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I personally left because I purchased a house. Secondly the staff is perhaps 99.9% black now but the management changes every 4 -6 months and so does the maintainence crew. Don't be critical of everyone, it's great that you're enjoying it but you're obviously use to that type of environment. You know what they say - when in Rome.... I hope it continues to work out for you there among the type of folks you're comfortable with.
