I live in C building and the kids here are horendous, they hang out all night, loud as hell. They smoke weed in the breezeway, you just about get hi walking out the door. The parents obviously didn't want them to begin with, why they had them I haven't a clue. Also, even some of the adults there are worse than those bad ass kids. People there think you owe them something, I bet alot of them there can't even spell the word "job" let alone try to get one. My car has gotten hit twice there from them drunk ass adults..... I love my apt, and the office staff is awesome. Angela Sneeds is the easiest manager to work with, and Denise Cooksey is sweet and welcoming, and the most helpful person when you need her, and there is there to talk about anything. Bobby "the maintenance guy" works his ass off. If not for them I would move. Oh! I almost forgot, these lazy ass people must not have learned how to throw out trash, you go by the dump and cant even dump your trash. How damn hard is it to throw your trash in the compactor. The security they have out there is the greatest thing they have done. I make sure to talk to the office and the security staff daily. These dumbasses may want to live in a dump, but I dont. I am not going to pay the rent I do to have to put up with this ----. All these kids who "think" they are thugs need to go to Bankhead to Bolton Homes, or to Atlanta to Carver and Perry homes, I am sure they will feel completely at home with all the other killings and drugs they have going on there. I am not going to move and let some sorry asses who don't give a damn run me from my home. I am going to clean it up and make it respectable. For everyone else, they can get the hell out if they don't like it.

Bobby "the maintenance guy" just got arrested on the property for child molestation. that goes to show you how much you think you know bout this property, you talking bout the leasing office are so sweet and helpful, start complaining bout stuff and see how far you get bet you would change this rating.

What do you know about Bobby? Your response is crazy. He was not arrested for any such thing. Kids out there are not molested, the teenage girls ask for it and even the 12 and 13 year olds are having sex with overage boys. Where are the parents when this is going on and why did they not raise their daughters better? Get your story straingt. You are stupid.
