Unfortunately there is no such thing as a perfect community. But on a scale of 1-10, I give this community a 10. Listed below are a few reasons why:

1. Management (Angela) has gone above and beyond not only listen to our (residents) complaints, but acting on them as well.
2. If she hears of potential problems, she gets right to the source so that there is no confusion.
3. During school seasons she makes sure that the children are safe when exiting the bus. I could go on and on, but I think you get the point.

Because of this our community is one of the most desirable locations in Duluth. I have decided to renew my lease after careful consideration.

This post smells of management. Tsk, tsk. ETA: Haha, I bet this was written by Angela herself. Read my updated post on my recent ordeal with her - You Get What You Pay For. Angela is easily the worst person in that office. Some of the other staff are very pleasant, and I feel sorry for them to work at Palisades Club, because it can't be a good job. But Angela is horrible. She is condescending and rude. She tries to hide the meaning of her words with a false smile, but she's a witch. Beware of her, deal with someone else in the office if possible.
