These people claim to be so sweet when you are applying to rent. Then you move in. It was cool for a bit, then I wrote a decent review, boy was I wrong. The maintenance molests children, the office brushes you off when you come to them with something serious like gunshots. The staff is a joke and this place is definitely hell!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want something done, ask before it breaks. It will take forever to get something done. Dont let your children around maintenance. I guess as long as they don't have to live here, to hell with all of us. If you are thinking of moving here, don't. You will make the deadliest mistake of your life. Go somewhere else. Move in here at your own risk.
Washers and dryers are available, if they work.

Who is this person? I have been living here for quite awhile now. You talk of problems with Maintenance. What problems? The current Maintenance staff is great. When I call in a work order to the office, the response is almost immediate or atleast within 24 hours. Of course, I am not one who abuses my apartment, plays loud music, which I can hear in other people's cars who visit their friends and have absolutely no respect for anyone else cause they don't live here, talk trash, and throw their trash onto the areas where we live. I always see the office staff pick up after these people. But they are onto all of those who do this for they are making sure that the people w ho do this are leaving. It is getting so much better now, better people, more quiet, even the neighbors are much better now. I am no longer afraid to have anyone visit me and the ladies in the office are so caring and concerned for all of us. I intend to renew my lease and stay as long as I can.
