Let me just say it this way. If you want your children molested, your cars and apts broken into, and if you want to get shot at, move here, but, if you want to live a normal peaceful life, put this place out of your mind. It is Pleasantville by day and, Compton Cali by night. The staff plays games, and if you want something fixed, do it yourself, that is the only way it will get done. The "manager" is a snot ass who thinks she is above all here. Why she works here I haven't a clue.

I have lived here for almost two years. What child molestor? What cars have been broken into? And if there was gun fire, who did it? Most likely someone who does not live here. I live a peaceful pleasant life here. Management in the office is great and gives each day to everyone. I know that they have taken steps to eliminate all the unsightly residents who bring trouble into the property. Even as far as putting themselves in a position where they could be in danger when they leave the property for eliminating those who do not live here but try to bring peace and quiet to those who do live here. I feel the ones who write all this crap is simply the ones who they are eliminating from this property. Do not believe what you read that is negative, Palisades is a great place to call home.
