-Bad TV Cable for $49.00 (Thet don't let you get another cable company.
-Expensive Water Sewer
-Bad Management (REALLY BAD TIMING TO FIX ISSUES WITH THE APARTMENT)
-Staff Not Polite. (ONLY WHEN SHOWING THE APARTMENT AND BEFORE SIGNING THE LEASE)
-Drug Dealers in the Apartment Complex
-And Only Returned Half of my Security Deposit even when I left everything in order.

Umm, you did like it when you moved in, because it was tax - credit and section 8.... then you complain about drug dealers, roaches, and damage to your property.

Then you must be on Section 8. It's very sad when people who are on Section 8 who pay either little rent or none at all can afford to down fancy clothes and cars. Who do you think pays your rent? If you were charged for moving out, you probably left the place disgusting. I have lived here for 4 years and the problem is always with the rude and disrespecful children who's parents don't care what their kids do. I get out and sweep the breezeway myself cause it is the people who live in the breezeway who mess it up. I know how hard this office and maintenance work and they have never been rude to me. Isn't it always funny that the people who move have all these nasty things to say. I don't have bugs cause I also put stuff out myself to avoid them. If you were charged for cleaning and damages, this is why you had bugs in the first place. Why don't you clean up your own house and not blame others.

I really don't think that being on S8 has anything to do withthe apt community and staff. AGAIN, I have lived here for over a year and pay market rent and my children and I are treated the same exact way. All the above is true without a doubt. I have experienced this first hand. All nice until you sign, then your locked into a contract that they will do their best to charge the F#$% out of you for!!! AGAIN WTF does s8 have to do with any of this.! Nothing.!

I never was on section 8 and lived there. I feel I have much to complain about. You people who are kissing Angelas ass are nuts. Every bad review in here is true. If they move out all the section 8 ghetto bi...es then it would be much better. Until they get rid of the Ghetto and Trailer Trash you will have a ---- hole to live in. You should know anything that people living on the tax money we work hard for, thinks everyone owes them something. I don't owe them a damn thing.
