I really enjoy living here, I been here since 2006. The apartment inside are nice and clean. The neighbor's can be accomdating and friendly. I have really enjoyed the
staff in the past two years. Everyone is so professional and they speak when come into the office. The maintenance staff always do work orders in a timely manner. The office staff really cares about your situations and give you advice and a positive solution. I REALLY ENJOY MY STAY HERE AT PALISADES CLUB!!!!!!

Hi, Angela. I guess you saw that the overall rating was falling pretty low, so you bounced over here to try to fluff it up. Nobody is buying it. If someone checks the rating here, they're going to see post after post telling how it really is. The couple posts here and there obviously made by management isn't fooling anybody. Perhaps you should try to do your job a little better and make the development more livable instead of signing on here to sucker new victims into leasing from you. We're all on to you. It's not coincidence that your name comes up all the time. Maybe you should take a serious look in the mirror. I know I would if countless people pointed out my faults.

You must be on crack or this gotta be one of the managers telling this LIE. Have you looked at ALL the reviews? MAJORITY RULES didn't you know that? If 35 ppl tell me all the same thing about something, I'm going to listen and run like hell. Take it from me. RUN. I only wish someone would have told me before I moved here. Jeezzz

That place is HELL on earth. You obviously are on crack like the person said before or you are kissing Angela and Denise's ass!!!!! I am so happy to be out of there!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I have currently been staying here at Palisades for a total of 4 yrs. and it has it's ups and dwns like any other but one good thing I can say is that I really like the staff here. They try really hard to accomodate the needs of others however Mrs. Angela is one that mgnt. really needs to keep in place because she really goes above and beyond to ensure that that the job is taken care of and that the tentants have a happy place to stay.Keep doing what u do. Mrs.Rhodes

Palisades Club.Very sad place.Embarassed to tell anyone this is where we have to call "home." The apartments on the inside are very nice. Its evident that once upon a time they served a different population. It's apparently evident that has changed. It seems that people of quality are moving out as quickly as they can and those with seemingly questionable characters have been the replacements. The Breezeways are rarely maintained.Tons of loitering takes place throughout the community. Some areas of the complex are very poorly lit and its very "scary" for both myself and my family. There seems to be some good families here but I can say with certainty -without trying to speak for others-the day the lease is up will be a good day.Patiently waiting forthe day!!
