Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bad Management Continued

I have lived here a year and a few months and it has been a total nightmare.

I have complained repeatedly (4 consecutive times) about my upstairs neighbor and her stompfest only to get the recommendation from management to move to an upstairs apartment.

The list of issues are too long, I dont want to bore you.

My recommendation would be STAY CLEAR of this Apartment Complex and try to get a house.
