Roof leaked, mice problem, too many thugs...

First year I was in a 2 bedroom, it was a tiny apartment with a high rent.
Insects were a big problem there, anyhow I moved into a 3 bedroom, and here I have had 2 main issues, my roof leaked (and the management never came to fix it, I had to beg them) and there are rats in this apartment, unbelievable! Other than that, there has been an influx of "thugs" , loud music from cars/apts, honking sounds, domestic violence has been clearly visible some times.
The management is extremely bad, I would only recommend this apartment based on two reasons, the location is excellent and the community is new.
