I used to think these reviews were bunk, but now I know the truth!!! Everything people have said about how bad this place is is true! For example: The day I moved in I complained about a missing screen, two months and numerous calls and it is yet to be replaced. I have ants and they keep "forgetting" to come spray. One day I lost my keys. I called at 5:30 to ask if they could stay an extra 10 minutes so I could get in, otherwise I would have had to call a locksmith as they do not provide a lock out service, they refused!!! Customer service at its worst!! Basically, don't expect anything from this community. I know you don't need to call management very often, but when you do they should respond! I lived here one month before I broke my lease and paid $870 to end this bad dream. Don't be fooled by the specials. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
