I have been here at The Prescott since it has opened. Many people have come and gone since I have been here. I can honestly say that if you choose to live in an apartment then except noise, music, and honking horns. If your not happy in an apartment BUY A HOUSE!! I mean come on your in an apartment with other people. As far as the management goes, they have a job. Your late on rent, tooooo bad, you get a late fee. PAY RENT ON TIME and you won't have problems. I pay rent on time every month. I have never had problems with bugs, ants, or rats. Keep your apt. clean of old food, and you won't have any bugs. I LOVE THE PRESCOTT.
