Bad neighborhood, bad management, bad maintenance.

Neighborhood:
Very bad community. My neigbors are all loud and rude. Crime is rising, you see a police car or ambulance every once in a while. You see domestic violence once in a while too. Its like living on Buford Highway or South Atlanta. Hope you know what that means. I am moving to Alpharetta. Move to Alpharetta if you want quality living.
Managment: Leasing office is full of bunch of crooks. Very bad customer service, extremely rude people. Many HIDDEN charges, just look at the people who live here and you will know what I'm talking about. Its full of drug dealers.
