MOLD !!!!!!!!!! Water Heater, Dishwasher, Bathroom Sink Leak, AC

Moved in Dec 04. From Day 1, the hot water heater, dishwasher needed to be replaced. It took 5 months to replace. The A/C did not work properly, called the elect co, our electric bill was $100.00 higher per month then it was over the last few years.We also had a leak under the bathroom sink. These maintenance items were reported monthly, finally afer 5 months the dishwasher & water heater were replaced. The still did not fix the water leak nor did they have the A/C checked out. In May 2005 we went away for a week, when we came home the place was infested with mold. I should also mention we have ben sick since we moved in. We went to the the doctor after finding the mold and were told to move out immediately. The manager will not do anything to make this right. I do not reccomend this apratment complex to anyone.MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE THE WORST.
