Water leak after the 1st month, they only replace a small patch of carpet. (Would not replace all moldy carpet). Ceiling fan hanging on by two wires, replace but it took two weeks. Water leak in bathroom, replace floor twice. After having to call corp. Fatal shooting-would not let you break lease- even though you saw it happen. Management is rude, and never fixes the problems requested. In order to have anything fixed you must call everyday and remind them. Last 3 months I wasn't able to park in my garage, due to the ceiling leaking. They cut the ceiling and let the water drain but did not fix the leak or replace any boards in the ceiling. I paid $1175 a month and was not given any money back or discount for not being able to use my garage. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN ANY LEASE WITH THE PRESCOTT. In order to break their lease you must pay back all specials, and give a 60-day notice, plus pay an additional month of rent without living there. For me to break my lease it would have been $6,325. THEY ARE CRAZY. PLEASE DO NOT LEASE. I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE PLEASED WILL WITH THE SEVICE.
