I've been reading thru most of the reviews of the Prescott Apartments (Duluth) where I am currently residing. Every one of the 'negative' remarks are TRUE; the leasing consultants in the office being the worse nightmare to have to deal with. They are beyond rude! There is no 'reward' for being a long-standing tenant as they will treat you like dirt in the end. I am moving as soon as I can! P.S. They also ruined the beauty of the apartments when they painted GREEN! * I referred a friend who signed a lease and took possession of the apartment; I was to receive a 'referral bonus' of $200; they DENIED me receiving any monies as my friend had only signed a 7 month lease; how deceiving on their part; I expected as a minimum -- half the referral fee; ($100), but they gave me nothing.
