many people say that the presoctt management bites. Guess what, when you bounce checks, late on rent and get eviction notices, you think management sucks. You are the ones that sign a lease stating your checks are good and you'll pay on time. As far as insects, if you kept your apartment clean, you wouldn't have this problem. And as far as the shooting in march 05. it was a random person looking for an apt. who was mutulated in the parking lot by a drug addict who has been verified not to live here. and as far as safty goes, nobody is safe. For those who think their going to find safty, your living in a dream world.

Someone who works at this community definitley posted this comment,how pathetic are you? This property SUCKS and you know it. Stop trying to make excuses for it. You can paint ---- gold but it is still a piece of ----.

Yeah, I agree. Someone who works here wrote this review. It is totally inaccurate. Its not so much that the management is bad, but rather that the complex has tons of problems in multiple areas. I've had so many problems that I have opted to break my lease after less than 2 months!
