The apartments are spacious and could be pleasant, the manangement is generally responsive (although the pest control company they employ is less than satisfactory). The biggest problem with the place is crime, despite appearances this is a very high-crime area with at least 3 violent felonies that I personally witnessed (and was the victim in one) in the space of 2 years.
