The WORST Management and APTS I have EVER lived in

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
We had the above people from hell and after so many times complaining nothing was ever done. I always paid my rent on time and lived in another apt for a year before moving to a bigger one and had nothing but problems from the upstairs tenent and management did NOTHING but wrote letters, big friggin deal, so I was forced to break my lease or lose my sanity. Now they are trying to tell me I owe 27000.00 for breaking it. Mind you I never was late or caused any problems, so much for signing up a new lease and being a good tenant. This place is the worst.
