I stay on the top floor and in the back, and its very quite there. I have never had any issues with the managment, except they lost one rent check that went in the drop box, but I was reimbu. for the stop check fee.
Agreed that litter is thrown around, but what do you expect from people who dont care where they live looks like.
There is noise, but then again, its an apartment complex, deal with it.
Maint. was promt and done right the first time.
There are a lot of solicitaions too, but oh well.
