I liked the apartment itself and the grounds are pretty, and I actually did like the management team- I don't know about everyone else but they were always very friendly with me.

Maybe because I'm a friendly person to begin with...

I really disliked the crime of the area, which really isn't the apartment complexes fault, all of the complexes in the area deal with it.

Doesn't mean I enjoy watching cops show up on occasion.

(Well, I have to admit- one incident was like my personal Cops show).

I guess if you don't want to deal with it then don't live in urban Duluth...which I'm not going to anymore.

I did have issues with bugs though- silverfish and those teeeny ants.

Right now, the ants are everywhere, although I didn't see many of them in the winter.

They do need to address their pest control service.

Would I recommend The Prescott' Yes- to someone who is used to the area.
