I have been living in The Prescott for a little over a year now. I have not had any major issues with the staff or with my apartment. I felt that the leasing consultants were always very friendly and quick to help if I needed something. The only bad thing is the construction going on behind the complex (on Pleasant Hill) but that is not the complex' issue. The grounds are very beautiful, always clean and my apartment was beautiful when I moved in. I just renewed my lease and plan to stay for a while!

It certainly would be nice and a little more safe -- if the gates were secure. The gates on one side of the complex have not been working securely for over a month!...what gives? ....and this is a 'gated community'?
