I've been living at The Prescott for 3 months now and I love the property. I got a good rate on a 1 bedroon apartment. The landscaping is kept up very nicely. Management is very helpful. The gym isn't very big, but it serves its purpose. The neighbors are nice. I don't see many people hanging out in front of the building, like where I use to live. The gates work. I love my wrap around porch and the view of the lake. This property is very peaceful for me to come home to.
