I have lived here for almost a year and hate to leave.
My apartment is absolutely beautiful and I live in building 10.
There is plenty of parking all the time all times of the night.
I have not heard of these so call incidents with breakins and identity theft in building 10.
I can only think it must be people they know.I do not hear much noise from neighbors, maybe an occassional walking above my head.
I can not hear conversations as I have had that problem in other apartments.
I am leaving because the commute downtown to work gets really bad.
I would recommend this property to anyone looking for suburban living.
The staff is very nice.
The apartments are spacious for the 1 bedroom.
Large windows and plenty of them.
Its also great if you get a wrap around balcony.

I do have to apologize as it would be very naive of me to think break-ins do not occur, just because I have not witnessed does not mean they do not exist. I am sure that if I contact Gwinnett PD they could tell me about crime in this building as any other complex. As far as parking I have always had a place to park and there are always plenty of spots where I am located, maybe where you are there may not be. If there is not parking then where are tenants parking as there is absolutely no parking on the street. I do notice the people in the tennis court but it would never occur to me that they do not live here and do not know a person in that lives here. They do not cause any disturbance so it never gives me a reason to question it. This property came highly recommended to me by 2 other tenants that still reside here. We are moving to Buckhead and tenants complain about parking there also on this site and break-ins. I hope I never have to experience it, but there are prices you pay for living in the city. My experience has been great here. This post is not fake and I work in downtown Atlanta so I do not travel all the time. Sorry our experiences have been different.

Ok, thanks for the nice response!
Just in case you didn't know, there were at least 3 break-ins in building 10. I'm not counting the time someone drove through the gate and were chased by police & police dogs.
It is not too much too ask for the office to take some responsibility and let residents know what is going on.
The crimes (especially one upstairs neighbor) were especially odd in timing (occur only when residents are at work), hence why it is expected the Prescott maintenance guy(s) are doing the theft.
Good luck downtown!
