I moved to The Prescott July 2008, I have recently renewed my lease so that tells you something. I love the view from my apartment, you can see the lake and there is this nice field that the kids play in sometimes. When the weather is nice I site out on my porch and read or just relax from day to day hustle and bustle. The staff is excellent any problems that I have had have been resolved quickly and in a professional manner. My work orders are completely in a timely fashion for the most part, the only time is when they were backed up I think someone was on vacation and they got a little behind. They do follow up calls to be sure that the work was completely to your liking. The break-ins and everything that people speak of I haven't heard anything of or experienced. My roommate did say a guy came knocking on the door one morning saying he was robbed, but she believes that he was lying and was trying to being harm, so she did what any person with sense would do, she set the alarm (not included), called the police and then me since I was on the way home to tell me to be careful. This place was recommended to me by a previous manager and I recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to a lot, easy access to I-85 and Hwy 316. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
