Prescott

 

Although I have been living here for such a short time (2months) I haven't experience alot of the down falls I've been reading about but I can tell you this I'm very content here.

I have looked at the reviews of the Prescott Apartments before I decided to move.

Yet I still came because I feel you are going to have your ups and downs where ever you live.

Crime is everywhere and it does not have a specific address! It takes a community to make a good community! I like the information that was told to me the frist day I accquired about the apartments.

The staff is really great, they will work with you to get you what you need.

I was more than meeting a quota I was a person who needed a place.

There were some complications and the staff could have easily turned their back and said next but they didn't.

The staff went above and beyond to help me with my situation and for that I want to say "Thank You".

Everybody situation is different but the concern the staff give is real.

When living in a apartment complex it's not about what is offered all the time.

Its feeling that your concern will be met and heard.

They do have community meetings,fun things for the children and residents.

I get in to it all because I want to make that difference where I live.

I love the spacious apartment and everthing in it:-) I have a beautiful three bedroom.

I love the balcony, I just sit out there and just look at the scenery and give thanks because I could be looking at something far worse.

Far as the work orders they are completed in a timely fashion, the rounds is georgous! I see the groundman doing thier job all the time.

The location is excellent close to I-85 and 316, shopping malls it's great.

The bus stop right around the corner.

I would highly reccommend The Prescott Apartments to every and anyone because it is a very beautiful and very concerned complex.

The staff is not only professional in attitude but they are concerned and they do care about you the resident, and to me that is very important.

I have a ot of respect for the staff thier job is hard but the manage it with a smile, a hug and words of encouragment.

It takes a community of concerned people to make a home and I feel that here.

So come on down !
