In General it could be such a good place but there would have to be some major changes made. The landscape is falling apart like the walkway. The lake looks like it's a swamp and the garbage area is most discusting. The neighbours seem weird, no problem with it being a mixed community but they are noisy like hell, kids rumple down the stairs waking the whole house up, music playing in the middle of the night. When I moved in there where a few dings in the wall, the sliding doors for closets where never hung in correctly, the baseboards had streaks, the shower and basins are too old so dirt sticks like hell. The good thing is the price, for such a big apartment I only pay 700. The office staff is very friendly though not too responsive, after almost a year living there I still got no key to the Gym and some repairs where looked at but never done. Besides all that it's not too bad :)
