Great Value, but at what price!

I have read the comments posted regarding Northwoods, and I will say to anyone looking for an apartment--- don't fall into the trap. Right now Northwoods is offering their apartments at rock bottom prices. No, its not because times are bad and everyone's buying houses so the apartments are cheaper. It's because everyone is trying to get out of Northwoods. For those of you who think its such a great place to live, I give you a year to change your minds.
You will soon find that (1) you cannot tolerate the stench from the trash area; (2) the maintenance people work on their own schedule; (3) the manager, Debbie, is not a very nice person; and (4) if you ever have a problem and she tells you to call Teri, she's pulling your leg because she would have already talked to Teri (who got her the job in the first place) and discounted your complaint.
The people are Northwoods are smart, they attract you with a beautiful landscape, and so you enter the leasing office thinking-- this is too good to be true. That's because it is!
All in all, I say if you think you can put up with all the mess for cheap rent, then this is the place for you. But if you hold yourself up to a higher standard, save yourself the drama.
P.S.- Don't just think these postings are the ramblings of people who just deserved the treatment they got. These are coming from people who have lived in these aparments (for me 2 years) and taken the time to share what they didn't like.
