Our apartment is literally falling apart at the pieces, from the back sliding door to the kitchen walls actually loosing pieses of sheetrock. The walls are showing mold and the celing fans sound like they will fall off any minute. I agree with the below statement, but I will be the last to pay for any damages I did not incur.
