This is the worst complex in the state of georgia. Debbie will not take care of anything for you. Her response to every thing is, "______ was suppose to". This is the most poorly managed apartments I have ever lived in. Customer service is a joke and non-exsistant once you become a tenant. Please, please, please take heed to my warning. Don't move here!!!!! You will regret it.

Is the name of the management company called The Conner Group. It just sounds like it because they manage our complex, Howell Bridge and it sounds like you are having the same exact problems that we are over here. Look up Howell Bridge Apartemnts, Duluth, GA you will see what I am talking about. We are moving out of the city soon and can't wait to get out of here.
