I first lived in this apartment complex when it first opened in the early 90's. It was gorgeous - best on PIB - since then it has been totally trashed and there are a ton of "undesireables" living in there now. Kids running everywhere, car stereos thumpthumpthumping at all hours of the night...you get the picture. We were charged $800 for cleaning when we left. We did not pay, it went to court and we settled at half that amount. Watch your back here, and your pocketbook.
