I am a current resident, but I will soon be leaving with a quickness.

Since moving here in 2000, the security here has gone from bad to worse. My car (as well as quite a few neighbors) has been broken into. One neighbor has had his motorcycle stolen twice in only six months! Recently, a car chase ended right outside my apartment with a grand finale on foot with K-9 assistance.

Parking is horrible (at least in my area of the complex). Sometimes I am forced to park two buildings away.

My rent has been increased by $65 since I moved in. Funny how they call it "market rate" when all the other market rates I see are about $100 cheaper these days.

Overall, what once seemed like a safe, affordable neighborhood has become quite the opposite.

To the neighborhood?s credit, however, the grounds are kept very well. Featuring a beautiful lake, trail, covered footbridge, and deck overlook. Also the staff is friendly and generally quite helpful.
