The prior reviews are a bit harsh, but several of the points I have to agree with. This complex seemed too-good-to-be-true at first; a terrific price, great location, nice appearance ... not too long living there did the bad arise ...
Maintenance is not easy to get solved quickly; I had a bug problem and attention wasn't heeded to it fast enough.
Noise of neighbors!! I can't stress this enough!! The walls must be looseleaf-paper thin, b/c I can hear everybody everywhere; I think alot of it can be attributed to an absolute lack of respect on their part. And on that note, alot of the residents like to leave garbage all over the place; parking lot, sidewalks, breezeways ...
And the trash; the one and only compactor is at the front of the complex, an eyesore, and atrocious to the nasal passageway. It is at a constant state of over-flowage and is
N-A-S-T-Y. Speaking of nasty, the neighbors do NOT clean up after their dogs ... so it's summertime heat, think of that for a moment.
Upon moving in, the state of the apartment wasn't in terrific shape; for as much as I hear that they demand regarding cleaning upon moving out, I was surprised at the condition when I moved in!
The pros: OK, having a W/D is an immense pro. The size of the apartment is great. The cost of the rent is acceptable. The location is very convienent. The landscaping is kept up with beautifully in my opinion. The staff for the most part is friendly.
Conclusion' Move in ONLY if you get a deal on the rent to make it more worth it. If not, disregard the icing-ed over, first impression, prettiness of the complex and go elsewhere!!
